Building strength

The power of emotions are a true guiding force. Taking back your power will always increase your self confidence and desire to be a better soul. Emotions a signal from soul to which direction or action need be taken. When others make you feel sad, angry, happy, jealous, ill. Its a reflection of the emotions you rarely accept in yourself. The relationships that seem toxic are a reflection of your inner life..The toxic nature needs to be healed, confronted internally, not with the individual.

Happiness is the like.....He have all chosen the current path we're on for 1 reason....To learn and evolve into greater Spiritual Beings.

Knowing ones Self is key to changing, knowing your patterns..The why becomes not so as important as "how". The past is the past a simple map of what will result if you continue with those sames behaviors. Its also a great pool of knowledge to strengthen your decision making skills. We're eternal, ever evolving, awaking, sleeping, awaking in great consciousness, with every choice we evolve. Power is the harnessing of ones soul potential and using the energy towards ones development. This works in both directions, the negative (dis-ease) or Ease ( Love).

I've experienced both but my focus had always been on proving God existed, for me it was through pure separation. God always revealed himself when I needed and also when I thought I was alone. I pushed my beliefs that I wasn't worthy of God's Love and he has never let me be alone. I know this now from looking back, being thankful and ever persistent to understanding how beautiful souls, evolve with such grace regardless of how (disease full) their past had been.

Its with Gratitude, the lack of, the desire for more that the love of ones self has no option but to love ones self.
If you've never questioned your sanity your insane, if you never question your desire to live or love, you know not the beauty of life's gift.
