Tiende Sante & Vegetarienne: the best for Tea

Tiende Sante & Vegetarienne is a great tea house that offer an amazing atmosphere. Speaking with the owner Peter and his wife we learn that life is but a gift. The food is amazing and unlike anything I've eaten. I'm no Vegan and quickly lost my assumption that Vegan food was boring. I enjoyed the Vegan Citrus Spareribs. It was better then meat and the flavor made my mouth explode with joy. Peter really takes the time to appreciate and show the customer how Tea is an art. From serving the tea to knowing the properties and the essence of the tea's he has to offer. I've enjoyed the BIO Green Tea and the Golden Leaf. Peter's attention to the art form of tea drinking has heightened my awareness of enjoying the moment with tea. The energy in this establishment is some of the best I've experienced, a place you'll love more and more with each visit. I invite you to visit this Gem....Prepare yourself for an enlightening experience full of great conversation, knowledgeable teas selection and amazing Vegan selection of unique taste fulls...

Inspiration

Inspiration
A flow of Divine spirit, no language, just feeling that can be transformed to action.

Remember

Doubt in your essence and misery will follow you
Building walls of self sabotage invites this self prophecy
Ignite your past to fuel the now
Stepping out into eternity... wonder and awe propels you.
Love deeper then ever before, know you are a piece of all that is .....Feel the greatness of your spirit touching others lives in uplifting interactions.
Peace of mind is now, close your eyes remember a time when you were young and full of awe...
You can remember and when you do ,you know the feeling I'm expressing..Hold it in your mind and remember how to create this experience.
Its key to living in the Now....

Blue Boy

Baby blue, peacock blue all a measure of life
This obsession, analysing of its meaning.
its held, its true to heal ones heart
Broken like glass, trying to familiarize its self with the whole
An aura of healing penetrating with an arctic chill
Awakening a world within
Letting emotion and guilt flow outward to be clean again
Cradled in the knowledge of progress
Hopes turn to vivid dreams
Silhouette the past to reveal our souls' need
As the sky births blue: We look up! Eyes fixed on the location we forget truth
Though remembering this I often see: That reflection of what use to be Blue Boy, Blue Boy,Blue Boy
Without Hope or Dreams

My darling

My dreams are filled with you
Like an excited child at Holiday, my heart knows your the right
Unfolding the layers of you and me,
Our commonalities collide.
The depths of your eyes leave no question unanswered
Your touch ignites freedom,
Your lips call me
Your mind embarrasses all
Your life a journey to the stars we call home.

A Great Quote

You are not responsible to any nation, to any church, to any God. You are responsible only for one thing, and that is self-knowledge. And the miracle is, if you can fulfill this responsibility, you will be able to fulfill many other responsibilities without any effort. The moment you come to your own being, a revolution happens in your vision. Your whole outlook about life goes through a radical change. You start feeling new responsibilities—not as something to be done, not as duty to be fulfilled, but as a joy to do.
—Osho

Implementing: Step 1

We all have either have Seen the Movie "The Secret", heard from people explaining the Law of Attraction like Michael Losier. The simple question seeing how its such a powerful belief, is how to implement the knowledge into ones life. As we now know the Law of Attractions is about an inner journey that is reflected on the landscape of your external life.

Well lets start with my own experience and go from there. I'm not rich, and have very few quality friends, I'm unemployed. This is all because of the Law it self. I believe on the deepest level that I'm not worth all of life wonderful offers. I studied many alternative health therapies like, energetic medicine, visualization methods, journaling, sound and art therapy. They all lead us inwards

I've been addressing this belief system for some time and realized that it isn't just a matter of thinking different. Its a manner of living different. Holding beliefs about your value, your social class, your friendships, your past. They all make the Now reality of You.
The real journey begins with honest reflection, I suggest this in the form of meditation. A simple way to get start is by Walking. Why walking? Walk allows the mind to be on auto pilot. You can observe your thoughts that enter your mind and agree to change the most so Attractive ones and keep the ones that serve you well.

Here's an exercise I'll have you try for 14 days and note all your observation of the things you bring into your life. Its really simple, but you need to commit Now...

Before bed every night, give thanks to all you currently have in your life. The simplest of things that if you didn't have you'd be needing. This includes the food you ate today, the kind gentleman that held the door open for you. The job or the smile from your child.Your health, your freedom, your smile.

Step :2

Upon waking, the first thought you see, make it a" Thank you for this great , energetic and rewarding day. Emotion is Action in Motion.

Now go to a mirror and complement yourself about 2 things you love about yourself. After ask the universe to bring the best possibilities in your life today for your growth. You may think this is all self serving? Loving yourself and asking for the best of yourself allows other around you to ask the same of their selves.

Imagine energy is always leaving you and like a butterfly effect touch everyone that has that same level of energy or less. It uplifts those that are asking for more and fulfill those that are already that that energy level. The difference between great people and normal people is their ability to accept Good with gratitude and appreciation.

The universe can only fill whats empty, so give of yourself to everyone you can everyday. You need to do this is a discreet manner.. I don't suggest running down the street telling the world you love and like everyone. That would be going against the Law of Attraction and would work against you down the road

Live with Ease!

The word 'stress' is defined by the Oxford Dictionary as "a state of affair involving demand on physical or mental energy". A condition or circumstance (not always adverse), which can disturb the normal physiological and psychological functioning of an individual. In medical parlance 'stress' is defined as a perturbation of the body's homeostasis. This demand on mind-body occurs when it tries to cope with incessant changes in life. A 'stress' condition seems 'relative' in nature. Extreme stress conditions, psychologists say, are detrimental to human health but in moderation stress is normal and, in many cases, proves useful. Stress, nonetheless, is synonymous with negative conditions. Today, with the rapid diversification of human activity, we come face to face with numerous causes of stress and the symptoms of anxiety and depression.

thanks for the great photo

The desire to live from your highest form creates, restlessness
patience is key, while a daily action plan of behaviors and rituals that bring about change from within
Faith that the plan is unfolding perfectly

Loving every step you take, every step with pure awareness that you choose this step.
Remembering who you are comes in waves of blissful laughter.

It makes all around you shine a little more.
The knowing that you'll be just fine, calms that restlessness, it allows for further acceptance

Real joy

Two men, both seriously ill, occupied the same hospital room. One man was allowed to sit up in his bed for an hour each afternoon to help drain the fluid from his lungs. His bed was next to the room's only window. The other man had to spend all his time flat on his back. The men talked for hours on end. They spoke of their wives and families, their homes, their jobs, their involvement in the military service, where they had been on vacation. Every afternoon when the man in the bed by the window could sit up, he would pass the time by describing to his roommate all the things he could see outside the window. The man in the other bed began to live for those one hour periods where his world would be broadened and enlivened by all the activity and colour of the world outside. The window overlooked a park with a lovely lake. Ducks and swans played on the water while children sailed their model boats. Young lovers walked arm in arm amidst flowers of every colour and a fine view of the city skyline could be seen in the distance. As the man by the window described all this in exquisite detail, the man on the other side of the room would close his eyes and imagine the picturesque scene. One warm afternoon the man by the window described a parade passing by. Although the other man couldn't hear the band - he could see it in his mind's eye as the gentleman by the window portrayed it with descriptive words. Days and weeks passed. One morning, the day nurse arrived to bring water for their baths, only to find the lifeless body of the man by the window, who had died peacefully in his sleep. She was saddened and called the hospital attendants to take the body away. As soon as it seemed appropriate, the other man asked if he could be moved next to the window. The nurse was happy to make the switch, and after making sure he was comfortable, she left him alone. Slowly, painfully, he propped himself up on one elbow to take his first look at the real world outside. He strained to slowly turn to look out the window beside the bed. It faced a blank wall. The man asked the nurse what could have compelled his deceased roommate who had described such wonderful things outside this window. The nurse responded that the man was blind and could not even see the wall. She said, "Perhaps he just wanted to encourage you." Epilogue: There is tremendous happiness in making others happy, despite our own situations. Shared grief is half the sorrow, but happiness when shared, is doubled. If you want to feel rich, just count all the things you have that money can't buy. "Today is a gift, that's why it is called the present." The origin of this letter is unknown, but it brings good luck to everyone who passes it on..
