A sister that always gives
My sister has always given more then taken. I'm sure this is why she is in the position she is. She constantly gives love, attention, affection to all her family. I just wanted to say that Heather you rock... Your a great soul, a friend, a sister I'm glad to have. I only wish I would have taken more time to know you. I love you Sis...Now its time for you to love you more then ever

Building strength
The power of emotions are a true guiding force. Taking back your power will always increase your self confidence and desire to be a better soul. Emotions a signal from soul to which direction or action need be taken. When others make you feel sad, angry, happy, jealous, ill. Its a reflection of the emotions you rarely accept in yourself. The relationships that seem toxic are a reflection of your inner life..The toxic nature needs to be healed, confronted internally, not with the individual.
Happiness is the like.....He have all chosen the current path we're on for 1 reason....To learn and evolve into greater Spiritual Beings.
"We're not human beings having a spiritual experience we're spiritual beings having a human experience.( "Teilhard de Chardin ")
Knowing ones Self is key to changing, knowing your patterns..The why becomes not so as important as "how". The past is the past a simple map of what will result if you continue with those sames behaviors. Its also a great pool of knowledge to strengthen your decision making skills. We're eternal, ever evolving, awaking, sleeping, awaking in great consciousness, with every choice we evolve. Power is the harnessing of ones soul potential and using the energy towards ones development. This works in both directions, the negative (dis-ease) or Ease ( Love).
I've experienced both but my focus had always been on proving God existed, for me it was through pure separation. God always revealed himself when I needed and also when I thought I was alone. I pushed my beliefs that I wasn't worthy of God's Love and he has never let me be alone. I know this now from looking back, being thankful and ever persistent to understanding how beautiful souls, evolve with such grace regardless of how (disease full) their past had been.
Its with Gratitude, the lack of, the desire for more that the love of ones self has no option but to love ones self.
If you've never questioned your sanity your insane, if you never question your desire to live or love, you know not the beauty of life's gift.
Love is acceptance
Love is sunshine
Love is Whole
Love is powerful
Love is Self respect
Love is white
Love is Black
Love is All
Love is abundance
We are love

a toilet moment
When friends become no one and no ones become friends,the world becomes lonely and the skin of others is an elusive memory of connection.the mind has power to deceive, make us think our life is unimportant, bring you to your knees,They're watching and keeping US safe, from the torment of self illusion the Wings of hope appear.tears purge my eyes with refreshment and disbelief, the years go by so quick and the need for connection only increases.What I don't see is really all of ME!

Early rise to see your cup of teas
dew sits on every leaf.
Orange sky, dopey eyes,
you and I looking for that satisfying high.
Packed our rods and spoons
Soon enough we're on the road
Quiet time, are travel nears
my favorite place.Where I'd love to stay
Fresh clean air, your loving stare
we march to where we'll spend another wonderful day.
Silence broken with a lengthy cast
I only wish for a Big bass.
Many fought and many won
Yet we never had to stuff one
I love your softness with all I could
I remember the warmth and love you gave with endless hugs.

Pupils hold those questioning times
Like the speed of light we become focused
Over and under the facts of truth surface
Hiding,denying and burying our feelings.
Television becomes our universal friend
Separating Home from heart, war challenges a voice
That breaks silence and ignorance.
Incoming words echo in the darkness,
Communication sub-zero, transmission fading.
Sexes ignite the flame, surfacing which one to blame.
Striving internally fear arose this fight.
Never stopping to read between the lines,
Skipping the problem to continue the fight.
Accepting the wrongs, I decide to sing a song....

how did I get here
This is new blog to share books, thoughts, websites, people, TV shows, that have lead me to this point in my life. I'll share my monthly reflections on my applied aspects of "the Secret Teachings"
